Consistent with the previous study (Chen et al , 2019a ), our analyses revealed a highly significant correlation ( r = 0.9739; P = 0.005) between the EC 50 values of five PARPi (thioparib, talazoparib, olaparib, rucaparib, and veliparib) in the DSB FA model and their average cytotoxic IC 50 values in 16 HR‐deficient cell lines (Fig 1D ; Appendix Table S2 ).
