All Φ-statistics were highly significant ( P < 0.001 or P < 0.05), except for the“within populations” component at the hierarchical “ D . longispina clades” level and the unstructured dataset of D . dentifera (Tables 2 and 3 ).
Excerpts
The change in the difference between the inside and outside logger was highly significant ( F 2,49 = 10.75, P < 0.001) as evaluated using a general linear mixed model with a first-order autoregressive covariance structure to accommodate the covariance of measures taken at successive time intervals on the same trap.
Genetic differentiation between Chilean Patagonia and the Falkland Islands was highly significant for both species ( Figures 2 , 3 ), being greater for A. taeniatus (F ST = 0.135, P <0.0010) than for A. zebra (F ST = 0.084, P <0.001).
Further, the decrease in the log 10 HCV RNA between day-7 and day-14 was highly significant (mean change = 0.063; 95% CI, 0.045; P <0.001) ( Table 3 ).
A highly significant (p-value = 0.001) age factor for the severity and prevalence of sleep apnea was also observed in this study.
The difference in plaque age between the two extreme terciles was, as expected, highly significant ( Table 1 , p = 0.001).
100 μl was observed as early as 2 days post-infection, and by day 4 post-infection there was a highly significant difference (p<0.001) between the 10 μl volume group and each of the other experimental groups.
However, we observed a highly significant difference in the duration of the experiment after controlling for age (ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 9.489, p < .001, mean 2-AFC = 206.20 sec, mean 4-AFC = 135.37 sec, Fig 8 ), indicating completing 30 trials in a 4-AFC task takes considerably less time than completing 60 trials in a 2-AFC task even though the average trial duration in the 4-AFC was significantly longer than in the 2-AFC experiment (mean 2-AFC = 3.44 sec, mean 4-AFC = 4.51 sec, ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 4.682, p = .01).
There was an increasing trend in the prevalence of CKD with increasing age in all periodontal disease patients ( P <0.001).
As shown in Table 6 , the new method exhibits highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) in core metrics when compared to mainstream baseline models like Swin Transformer and ViT.
For both HIF083 and HIF107 (‘A’ region), a highly significant (p<0.001) positive effect of Bay allele on primary root length was found, that increased the variable by 7,5–11%.
There was a highly significant correlation between the degree of cumulative exposure to ARBs and risk of all cancers combined (slope = 0.07 [95% CI 0.03 to 0.11], p<0.001), and also lung cancer (slope = 0.16 [95% CI 0.05 to 0.27], p = 0.003).
In both Table 5 and Table 6 , the proposed CDOM full-model (integrating channel attention and multi-scale feature fusion) exhibits extremely significant performance gains compared with the other three models (all p < 0.001), which fully verifies the synergistic effect of the two components.
3 & Table 1 , Overall model r 2 = 85.8%), while demonstrating a highly significant ability to differentiate between each of the activities ( Table 1 , each pairwise activity comparisons p<0.001).
For Net photosynthetic rate (pn), highly significant differences were also detected in Net photosynthetic rate (prPn) between the two cultivars (p value < 0.001).
We did in fact note a highly significant inverse correlation ( Fig. 6D , Rho = −0.29, P <0.001).
As evident by Spearman correlation analysis, a highly significant positive correlation between KLK9/KLK15 (r s = 0.716, p < 0.001) as well as between KLK10/KLK11 mRNA expression levels (r s = 0.647, p < 0.001), but not between other combinations, was observed.
However, threshold shift was highly significant for all frequencies (p<0.001).
These two variables also showed a positive trend among females (coordinate = 0.75, p = 0.001).
Although this increase was small, it was highly significant ( P <0.001).
Each possible pair of Jaccard distance matrices was compared by means of Mantel tests, which showed that all datasets were strongly and significantly correlated (Mantel R values ranged from 0.88 to 0.98, all highly significant at P <0.001; Table S1 ).
