The univariate analysis showed that children with a ≥20% FT4 decline were of similar age (7.7 ± 5.1 years versus 10.0 ± 5.7; p = 0.200), more often received antimetabolites (84% versus 67%; p = 0.049)) and showed a trend towards more frequent treatment with vinca-alkaloids (92% versus 80%; p = 0.081) compared with those with no decline or a decline of <20%.
