In recent years, in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of work-family relationships on employees, an important trend in work-family conflict research from a work perspective is to examine the negative effects of work resources (e.g., social support, schedule control, etc.) and work demands (e.g., work overload, job insecurity, role conflict, time pressure, etc.) on employees in the workplace based on the conservation of resource theory ( 65 – 70 ).
