Using the Delong test ( Table 4 ), there was a significant difference between the clinic-radiological and the MRI-based combined radiomics nomogram AUC in the training set (P = 0.013) and the validation set (P =0.037), but the difference did not reach statistical significance between nomogram and radiomics (P=0.337, 0.491) and between clinic-radiological and radiomics (P=0.230, 0.208), respectively, in the training set and validation set.
