While comparison of the LPS-induced production of TNF and CCL8 from GSK-GM-MØ and CNT-GM-MØ did not reach statistical significance, it is worth noting that GW/GSK-GM-MØ produced significantly less TNF than GW-GM-MØ, further supporting the anti-inflammatory effect of GSK2033 (Fig. 4 B).
