We performed a pan-cancer expression and prognostic analysis of PARM1 and found that PARM1 showed a trend of low expression in most cancers, and low expression of PARM1 in COAD, KIRC, and LUAD predicted poor prognosis of patients, which also confirmed PARM1 as a poor prognostic factor.
