While PFASs’ effects on vaccine antibodies does not necessarily show a strong trend in either direction, the strongest evidence of reduced antibodies is for diphtheria and tetanus antibodies, and for serum IgG and IgM levels following various PFASs exposures, namely PFOA and PFOS ( Table 5 ).
