At 3 months post-D2, receipt of the BNT162b2 vaccine series was associated with a 49% lower chance of having high-titer antibody response (IRR 0.51; 95% CI: 0.31–0.85) and immunosuppressant use was associated with a 35% lower chance of having high-titer antibody response (IRR 0.65; 95% CI: 0.39–1.09), but this did not reach statistical significance.
