Compared with the MI model group, the number of CD4 + Foxp3 + Treg cells was significantly increased in the heart ( p < .05), spleen ( p < .05) and LNs ( p < .05) of mice treated with BBR, and the number of CD4 + ROR‐γt + Th17 cells in the heart showed a trend of decrease but there was no significant difference (Figure 2c , S1d ).
