Using an identical strategy with IFNγ stimulation, we found that Dnmt1 silencing, in this case, potentiated upregulation of Icam2 , Vcam1 , and Cxcl9 ; expression of Cxcl10/11 were trending upward when Dnmt1 was silenced alongside IFNγ stimulation but did not reach statistical significance possibly due to the variable magnitude of expression between multiple experiments (Fig. 2d, e ).
