Devalumab maintenance therapy did not significantly prolong PFS and OS in patients with advanced G/GEJ cancer who completed ≥ 18 weeks of platinum-containing induction chemotherapy. Exploratory analysis of PD-L1 expression showed a trend for improved PFS with durvalumab, but was limited by the small sample size.
