In a meta-analysis reported, the risks of nausea (6.5%, 41/629) and vomiting (3.8%, 24/629) in the eravacycline group were higher than those in the comparator group, but these differences did not reach statistical significance (for nausea, RR = 4.79, 95% CI = 0.84–27.14, I 2 = 70%; for vomiting, RR = 1.46, 95% CI = 0.76–2.81; I 2 = 0%) [ 30 ].
