Pairwise contrasts, adjusted for multiple comparisons using the sequential Bonferroni correction, did not identify any significant difference between any conditions; however, non-significant trends for increased EMG were observed in the VR environment, with both VRL (3.8%; t (76) = 2.49; p = 0.075; CI: 0.000 – 0.004) and VRH (3.9%; t (76) = 2.557; p = 0.075; CI: 0.000 – 0.004) approaching significance compared to baseline (REO) ( Figure 3 ).
