Compared to MSD cases with rotavirus, those with NVII were younger (median age: 8 months (interquartile range [Q1–Q3]: 6–11 vs 12 months [Q1–Q3: 8–19], P < .0001) and more likely to be male (83/139 [59.7%] vs 258/483 [53.4%], although the latter comparison did not reach statistical significance ( P = .2234).
