We derived changes in the electric field inside the sphere from time-averaged dipole moment changes and found a logarithmic dependence between ε r and the harmonic restraint. We also found ε r remained unchanged at different bias voltages, but high uncertainty at lower voltages meant we could not identify a clear trend.
