Cysts that were decreasing in size had higher proportion of ovarian salvage 16/24 (67%) compared to 11/25 (44%) remaining stable or increasing in size, although this failed to reach statistical significance ( P = 0.15). 4/5 (80%) of those with an increase in size were salvaged.
