The modified Poisson regression results shown in Figure 2 indicated that TOLF-HF intervention led to a significant reduction in the prevalence of waking up breathless at night (RR: 0.415; 95% CI: 0.180–0.954; P = 0.038) and showed trends towards decreasing the prevalence of shortness of breath (RR: 0.559; 95% CI: 0.288–1.065; P = 0.066), cough (RR: 0.505; 95% CI: 0.229–1.082; P = 0.070), and swelling of arms or legs (RR: 0.380; 95% CI: 0.132–1.095; P = 0.073), but did not reach statistical significance.
