Although the differences in tumor/background ratios between the treated and the untreated animals are not statistically significant (P = 0.4–0.8 for all organs) due to the relatively high standard deviation of the absolute tumor uptake value for the treatment group, our data nevertheless indicate a clear trend, which is in accordance with our in vitro observations.
