There was a significant trend across quintiles ( p for trend < 0.0001), and the association was significant when AHEI-2010 was treated as a continuous variable with 12% lower prevalence of high sleep apnea score per 10-point increase in AHEI-2010 (PRR [95% CI] per SD [10.0] increase: 0.88 [0.81, 0.95]).
