An increase in the abundance of Firmicutes (56.25% vs 49.93%, P = 0.070) and a decrease in the abundance of Bacteroidetes were observed in the coronary atherosclerosis group (33.98% vs 39.59%, P = 0.061), but these differences did not reach statistical significance.
