However, some patients showed a trend towards the progression of LVMi despite therapy with migalastat, such as two male (one presenting with LGE, one without) patients with the late onset mutation c.713G>A p.(S238N) aged 58 and 60 years, respectively, and a 70-year-old female with the classic mutation c.581C>T p.(T194I), who also presented with progressive LGE, despite being the only patient receiving co-medication with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA).
