Although there was a numerical trend toward higher rates of advanced neoplasia in H. pylori + patients, we found that this association was not statistically significant (aOR 1.26; 95% CI: 0.96–1.64; p = 0.10) and this lack of statistical significance remained after multivariable adjustment (Table 3 ).
