A weekly review of the dynamics of the excess deaths in Lithuania demonstrates a clear trend of the decrease of excess deaths after 2–4 weeks following the installment of the COVID-19 passports (September 13, 2021, Week 38) and reached almost zero excess death until the end of the investigated period (February 4, 2022, Week 6) ( Fig. 1 ).
