It was found that when the concentration of NaCl reached 3 M, the original 1068 cm −1 of FTIR spectrum disappeared, accompanied by the appearance of 1077 cm −1 and 1066 cm −1 ( Figure 2 a,b), and the CD spectrum at this concentration showed a trend of Z-DNA transition ( Figure 2 e).
