3.6 Correlation between intraclass correlation coefficient and average connectivity There was no significant correlation between the ICC and the average connectivity from the networks for either subject group ( p > 0.32), except for the functional networks in the SVD group where the correlation approached significance ( r = 0.77, p = 0.08). 3.7 RSFA variation Comparison of the RSFA from the whole GM in the control and SVD groups showed a lower RFSA in the SVD group (2.5 ± 3.0% vs. 1.6 ± 1.2%); however this difference was not significant ( p = 0.34), both the mean signal and standard deviation used to calculate the RFSA were reduced in the SVD group, but again these differences were not significant ( p = 0.59 and p = 0.54 for mean signal and standard deviation respectively).
