The median serum anti-S IgG titer was 609 (168–1,480) BAU/ml in the active treatment arm ( n = 6) which was higher than in the placebo arm (111 [36.1–1,210] BAU/ml, n = 6) but this difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.080) ( Figure 2a ).
