In response to compound 1 treatment, in addition to the above-mentioned CD8 + T cell expansion, we observed an increased frequency of NK cells in a near-significant trend (Figure 2 D, clus_3, blue vs. black) and a decreased frequency of pro-tumorigenic M2-like macrophages 41 (clus_8, blue vs. black), which supports tumor suppression due to compound 1 treatment.
