The active force of Δ45-48- DMD SOTRs was significantly decreased compared with that of WT- DMD SOTRs (0.507 ± 0.106 mN/mm 2 ; P = 0.012), and correction of the heterozygous PLOD3 stop-gain variant in Δ45-48- DMD -HDR SOTRs showed a trend but did not significantly improve the reduced force (0.757 ± 0.142 mN/mm 2 ; P = 0.086).
