Patients in lower AUC (i.e AUC < 3.65 mg*h/L) showed a trend of lower NRM, with a cumulative incidence of 0%, as compared to 17.2% (95% CI: 5–35.3%) in target (AUC from 3.65 to 5.48 mg*h/L) and 10% (5–37.4%) in high AUC (>5.48 mg*h/L) ( p = 0.08, Fig. 1 ).
