When the analysis was stratified by HF phenotype, we observed a significant trend of the TyG index related to the risk of all-cause death among the non-HFrEF group (HFmrEF and HFpEF, both P for trend < 0.05), while no significant differences were observed in the HFrEF group ( P for trend = 0.170).
