In the GSE89147 database, we found that collagen type I alpha 1 (COL1A1) and collagen type III alpha 1 (COL3A1) mRNA expressions were significantly higher in mice of the liver fibrosis group than in mice in the normal group and that the expression of EBI3 mRNA showed a trend of being higher in the liver fibrosis group than that in the normal group, although the difference was not significant (Fig. 3 a-c).
