Response to treatment was associated with CART doses: Patients that were treated with higher CART doses, i.e., DL3 and DL4, showed a trend toward superior OS (Fig. 3 F) and PFS (Fig. 3 G) compared to patients that received lower CART doses, i.e., DL1 and DL2.
