Furthermore, these 12 BCDs containing different fore-cistron sequences showed a trend of strength consistent with that in P H36 , and the activities of leaderless BCD in P H30 and P cg0124 remained well correlated with that obtained in P H36 (with a correlation coefficient of determination R 2 = 0.974 and 0.963, respectively) ( Figure 3 A,B).
