We observed higher odds of type II colorectal neoplasm with increasing pack-years smoked (CRC: p for trend =0.025; adenoma: p for trend =0.046), while we did not observe a significant trend in odds increase for type I colorectal neoplasm (CRC: p for trend =0.134; adenoma: p for trend =0.080) ( Table 2 ).
