The DREAMseq trial, 19 which compared head‐to‐head tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and immunotherapy for malignant melanoma with BRAF V600E mutation, showed that TKIs were not affected by the order of administration, while immunotherapy showed a trend towards reduced efficacy after TKIs, which may support this observation.
