Here we reported the efficacy and safety of cilostazol-based DAPT versus clopidogrel-based DAPT in the specific population. We found that cilostazol-based DAPT was as effective in preventing ischemic events as clopidogrel-based DAPT and even showed a slight advantage at follow-up, but did not reach statistical significance.
