However, by day 17, while AUC of BCKAs for the two higher doses were still significantly reduced, the 24 h time points at the lowest doses demonstrated a significant or nearly significant BCKA rebound above vehicle (Supplementary Fig. 6G, K, O ), which occurred in the absence of any changes in plasma drug concentration over the study duration (Supplementary Fig. 6P ) and suggested that PF-07247685 and PF-07238025 elicit similar pharmacological responses.
