The basal short circuit current (I sc ), amiloride-sensitive I sc and amiloride-insensitive I sc were not significantly different between vehicle control and ETI treatment in cultures derived from the G85E / G85E patient, although amiloride-sensitive I sc showed a trend towards a decrease with ETI treatment ( Figure 1 C,E–G).
