In this study, we found that with the increase of dietary SeHLan addition, the relative abundance of Ciliophora was decreased, the relative abundance of fungi of Ascomycota showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, while the relative abundance of fungi of Basidiomycota first decreased and eventually increased.
