Within the subset of TP53 -mutated samples, these telomeric insertions were associated with higher overall SV counts ( P = .0033, Wilcoxon ranked-sums test, Figure 6 F) and showed a trend toward the presence of chromothripsis that was not statistically significant ( Figure 6 G).
