Notably, this effect was less pronounced at higher FLYSYN doses, and overall, a clear trend to higher response rates (46% vs. 28%) was observed for patients treated with higher doses of FLYSYN (cumulative dose > 15 mg/m 2 ), which provides important information for further clinical development.
