We observed differential abundance of both subsets of Tregs (CD45RA + and CD45RA − ) in our dataset, with higher levels in stable patients compared with rejecting patients across all allograft types, but the magnitude of the effect was not as pronounced as was observed with the other cell types highlighted in this study and did not reach statistical significance.
