All FcγR-binding antibodies profiled (FcγRIIA, FcγRIIB, FcγRIIIA, and FcγRIIIB) were significantly expanded in Omicron VOC breakthrough infections for the full-length, trimeric spike similar to Delta breakthrough infections; the sole exception was FcγRIIIB for Delta VOC breakthrough cases, which trended strongly toward expansion but did not reach statistical significance ( Fig. 2A ).
