This can be easily attributable to the association of CAVSD with Down syndrome, as the association of this syndrome with lymphatic anomalies was previously described.[ 7 ] Although it did not reach statistical significance, transposition of great arteries (TGA) was the other particular pathology that was found to be associated with chylothorax.
