In addition, a systematic review demonstrated that tenecteplase in LVO patients showed a trend to more favorable outcomes (odds ratio 1.49, 95% CI 0.95–2.32 for mRS0–1) and lower mortality at 90 days after stroke (odds ratio 0.93, 95% CI 0.31–2.80). 6 Gao et al. 15 reported that tenecteplase was dominant for LVO patients before EVT in both within-trial and long-term model analyses.
