Our findings from the cirrhosis subgroup analysis using REACH-B suggest a particular benefit of treatment with TAF or TDF in non-cirrhotic patients, who had a low SIR that was highly significant ( p <0.001); for the subgroup of patients with cirrhosis, the SIR was low but did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.15).
