Although not statistically different, the analysis showed a trend that STARD14 expression was positively involved in Notch signaling, glycolysis, TGF-BETA signaling, TNFA signaling via NFKB, WNT-BETA-Catenin signaling and PI3K-AKT-MTOR signaling, while negatively associated with oxidative phosphorylation (Figure 6 B).
