At the phylum level, the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria were higher in the infected mice than in the healthy control mice, whereas the proportion of Actinobacteria , Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria were lower; although Proteobacteria did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 1 A).
