Probands in our study with lower school performance were enriched for damaging de novo coding variants in both LoFi genes (OR 2.07; 95% CI: 1.3, 3.5) and DD genes (OR 11.6; 95% CI: 2.8, 107), although the former did not show any nominally significant effect after excluding variants in the DD genes.
